DEPOSIT & DOCUMENTS
Direct booking requires a 50% deposit to secure the dates with the remaining 50% to be paid by or on the first day of the stay.
No refund of deposit is available.
We will need a photo of I.D card and or passport of all guests for Zaton Tourist office statistics.
ADDITIONAL RULES
At the beginning of using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to the obligations and conditions highlighted here.

Strictly no smoking inside apartment, smoking only allowed on balcony and roof terrace.

Host will not enter apartment unless serious concerns are raised. Host is not responsible for guests property during the stay.

No pets are allowed in the apartment.

Lock front door properly when leaving as it does not self lock.

No grills are allowed on balcony or terrace.

Parties are not allowed, the apartment is in a small block and other residents must be considered. Please avoid loud music.

Please take care of the apartment, turn off the electrical appliances and close the taps.

Do not leave the air conditioner on unnecessarily when you are not in the apartment or use it with open windows and doors.

When leaving the apartment, please close all doors and windows to prevent damage in the event of a storm or strong wind.

Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to stay overnight or for the whole day.

Please report any accidental damage.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. the keys must be returned at the end of the stay.
